Description: a magnificent Canton enamel charger, of monumental size, 21 1/2 inch diameter, the border in deep yellow with beautifully drawn florals and tendrils in multi colors, the interior scene showing servants preparing tea for scholars seated outside around a table, a lantern hanging in the tree and decorated on the reverse as well, a slight bend in the upper left quadrant and some loss of enamels, eighteenth century
